Let me tell you what I do as a REALTOR/Staging Specialist

Get up, make coffee,brush teeth, drink coffee - while putting on my day face and hair and clothing. After that everyday is different as a REALTOR/Staging Specialist. It could be calling and mailing to clients, a staff meeting - loads of education (Keller Williams is like that, you know). Showing property or trashing out a property for someone else - I take the trash out , that someone inadventantly left behind LOL.
PREPARING PROPERTY to go on the market - updates, paint, carpet, furniture placement & artwork, accessories.
Doing a price comparision for a client. Prepare documents, list property on the MLS, go to a closing and watch someone's real estate dreams come true. Catch up on emails, blog .
