 At the end of 2009, foreclosures were definitely “in the news.” And for good reason: the number of foreclosures rose from 1.8 million at the end of 2008 to about 2.5 million at the end of 2009.



Have you received a Notice of Default on your property?  What are your plans?  Do you plan to walk away or do you want to try a Short Sale which has much less damage to your credit and helps you save face?
